Physical Description		Erahlik stands at around six feet and five inches, with a scale coloration of dark green that has slight variations of hues across the body. He has a tail that extends a few feet to the rear to provide stability, with digitigrade legs reminiscent of his reptilian kin. Both hands and feet have claws at the tips, with his fingers being able to manipulate objects despite the claws and grants him extreme dexterity with the movement. His iris is a sharp gold color and his scales are reminiscent of crocodilians, with a harder hide and softer underbelly.

Personality & Traits

General Overview		Erahlik was once assigned to his families civilian freighter business as a Lead Engineer on an Antares-class Civilian Freighter, the USS Teeleus, owned by the Ezazzan Clan. His family owned two other ships typically staffed by Federation species. As one of the only few Ezazzan Clanmembers allowed to openly participate in commerce for the family, Erahlik had a heavy responsibility on his shoulders to represent the Clan business as best as possible. Due to that, he developed a very openly professional demeanour with his compatriots and typically kept his personal feelings to himself. He is is cold and typically reserved in conservations while maintaining the air of professionalism as he speaks only about matters of importance. Anything else, including questions pertaining to his personal life, are usually ignored. Much of Erahliks experience as Lead Engineer allowed him a hands-on method of solving problems, especially with circuitry and power relay systems. He always takes the time to read up on other Federation starship classes and summarizes most of their methodology on repair and engineering work.

Ambitions		In late 2263, Erahlik with the blessing of Clan Ezazzan was sent off to Starfleet Academy as a way to bolster the presence of the Clan in Federation space. With the Clans formal separation from the Hegemony finalized only two years prior, it was important to both Erahlik and his father to find a way to establish a proper lineage for the family tree. Erahlik took the responsibility seriously and following his Graduation, desires nothing more than to represent his Clan with professionalism and pride while serving in Starfleet.
Hobbies & Interests		Erahlik likes to tinker with things and will often build hobby electronics, remote controlled models, and model starships in his spare time. He also enjoys writing.
Religion/Guiding Philosophy		Erahlik abides by the Gorn traditional principles of Clan and Family. Clan comes first, then family, then self. All actions must advance the clan, all sins must be atoned so the Clan may prosper without sin. All self must abide by the Clan for the sake of future generations.

Personal History		Erahlik Ghlin Ezazzan was born in late 2249 in a clutch of six to father Teecus Tharr Ezazzan and mother Morsidrees Ghlin Ezazzan. Twelve years prior, both Teecus and Morsidress left the Gorn Hegemony to explore Federation prosperity as rumors of a more free and liberated lifestyle was heard. They successfully used their reserve funds to find a home on Skoleos, welcomed by the Skoleans as friends due to their traditional affinity for the Gorn Hegemony. As a border-world between the Federation and the Hegemony, Skoleos provided Erahlik's parents the perfect opportunity to grow and prosper their fledgling transportation business. It was here that Erahlik and his five siblings were hatched and nurtured into Clan Ezazzan. Erahlik spent his early years in absolute fascination of his father and the Clan business. As Teecus purchased subsequently larger starships, ultimately settling on the Antares-class, Erahlik eagerly sought to follow his fathers claw-steps into the arena. His father, taking note of Erahliks eagerness, took him under his tutelage and prepared him for the role as an Engineer. In his downtime, Erahlik was taught by his mother the traditional histories of the Gorn and their language while also leaving extensive space for lessons on Federation races, culture, languages, and traditions to prepare him for his future. By 2259, Erahlik had been allowed on his fathers personal starship as a crewman recruit. At the ripe age of ten, Erahlik was an eager learner and constantly met the challenges on board by participating as much as he could throughout the ship. He took a fascination to Engineering, as directed by his Father, and eventually by 2263 was assigned as Lead Engineer of the USS Teeleus. It was during this period that he came under the infatuation with a fellow Gorn crewman recruit, Sreed Fezaar, and the two struck off a very warm and prosperous friendship. Both Clan Ezazzan and Clan Fezaar blessed the relationship, allowing it to prosper, and by 2264 the two were a formal couple with Clan Ezazzan and Clan Fezaar exchanging doweries and allowing Sreed into Clan Ezazzan. By the beginning of mid-2264, Erahlik expressed interest in Starfleet due to fascination with the famous Captains, Officers, and Starships. With the support of his new mate and both Clans, Erahlik was permitted to submit an application to Starfleet. There were insurmountable hurtles to be had, including the informal status of Gorn and non-Federation species, however due to his fathers connections through his trade business an opening was soon reserved for the young Erahlik. By July of 2264, Erahlik entered Starfleet Academy. It was here that the relationship between Erahlik and Sreed was truly put to the test. With his departure, Sreed automatically was promoted to Lead Engineer, and the two remained in constant contact through-out Erahliks tenure at the Academy. Despite numerous suggestions otherwise, and a few bumps in the road, both Sreed and Erahlik maintained their relationship and occasionally were granted leave together. Erahlik took his Academy courses seriously, pursuing the Engineering Department specifically as he eyed a position in Damage Control and Engineering Specialty. While not as impressive as many of the other students who took the same course, Erahlik provided enough competent understanding of his role to pass with marginal acceptance. He also took courses in Operations, Medical, and Logistics to better comprehend the roles he anticipated he may be involved in. By 2268, Erahlik had Graduated the Academy.
